October 14, 2010 "Keira's first real haircut"

Well it took almost two-and-a-half years, but Keira finally had enough hair for a haircut. She was a very good girl and sat nice and still. Not a huge change, took some off her bangs and off the back. Hopefully this will stimulate more hair growth. We celebrated with some new hair bows.

October 5, 2010 "ISR Summer clothes testing"

October 8, 2010 "Last day of swim lessons, winter clothes testing"

Well, it took seven weeks, but both kids learned the swim-float-swim technique and passed the ISR swim test. We are so proud of both of them. Keegan started out so afraid of the water, and on the last day he said, "I don't want to get out!" Keira put up quite a fight and still doesn't really like to float, but she knows how and that's all that really matters. Yeah Keegan and Keira...and Mommy for driving them to lessons every day for seven weeks! It was so worth it.

October 10, 2010 "Chase's 2nd Birthday Party"

My best friend, Yami's, son (Chase) turned 2 on Sunday. And we celebrated with him at his birthday party. It was at this beautiful park in Cocoa. It was filled with face painting, awesome food, a playground, pinata, and even a real live alligator in the pond 500 feet away...I'm not kidding there were actually 2 of them! We had a great time and the weather was gorgeous.
