Good:
1. Keegan can make the snoot face when you ask him where his nose is. It is a cool talent. As well he leaned to climb onto the couch all by himself. His climbing skills have really improved. He can pull himself up on almost anything and he has learned to transition to the floor without falling. Keegan was well behaved "quiet" during the Easter church service.
2. Jen and Keegan made a trip to Sea Pines to help celebrate St. Patrick's day. Jen made cup cakes and Keegan wore his Kiss Me I'm Irish tee-shirt. Of course everyone made a fuss.
3. The program I've been waiting to get awarded for several months finally got awarded. We will be kicking it off tomorrow. As well I got to take a two day training class. It was actually pretty good.

Bad:
1. Bryan's mother's funeral was beautiful and touching. They really did a great job of honoring her memory. The trip went safely and Jen and Keegan survived without their husband and father.
2. Keegan kind of choked twice today. First he shoved too many cheese cubes in his mouth and made a choking noise - he quickly started crying so I knew he was okay but it was still really scary. Later in the same day I think he must have choked on a leaf. We were outside - Keegan in his baby pool. Some of those small leaves fell into the water. Of course Keegan kept on grabbing at them. I did my best to keep the pool filtered but I must have missed one. When I was changing him out of his wet clothes he made a choking sound. Again he was making noise so I new he was okay but it is still unsettling. He is so fearless.
3. Jen's back is really starting to hurt. She's convienced that B2 is going to be a soccer player. In a related topic she's having a tough time sleeping.

Weeks of March 3 and March 10, 2008

Good:
1. I celebrated a birthday this week. Everyone made it very special. Jen got up early and made me a wonderful breakfast. After work Jen, Keegan and I went out to dinner. It was a really nice day.
2. Keegan is all over the place. I set up the metal superyard fence in the TV room. It worked out pretty well and Keegan didn't mind it too much. At the moment we decided however to move it upstairs in the loft. Down stairs we were able to put up barriers that he can't crawl over yet. That way when we are upstairs - doing laundry, changing, . . . we can put him in the loft with his toys.
3. We found out that Jen's friend Yami is expecting. We are very excited for her.

Bad:
1. We had a long weekend last weekend. Jen had to work on Saturday and I had to work on Sunday. I finished up with my part of the proposal for work so that is good. I hope we win it
2. Keegan's schedule is still all messed up. The whole one nap two nap thing as well as day light savings. Hopefully that will get resolved.
3. My best man lost his mother this past week. That just sucks.

Week of February 25, 2008

Good:

1. B2's ultra sound went extremly well. Everything was in tip top shape. We've decided not to find out the sex - so that was our one chance. Jen had an OB appt on Friday - which went well too.

2. Keegan is just a crawling machine. It is actually really tiring because he's not as interested in his toys - he wants to explore. I have to baby sit on Saturday - so hopefully that will go okay.

3. We had a very nice Saturday. The weather was great so we decided to goto the Strawberry festival at Wickam Park. It was fun. After that we went to the Avenues - Keegan got to feel grass between his toes in the little fountain area - he liked that. We finished the evening off with going to dinner and came home and watched a movie.

Bad:

1. The HOA denied our request to paint our home Apple Sauce. I'm trying to figure out our next move.

2. I had to work a couple days this weekend. It was the first weekend that I've worked in quite some time. I missed hanging out with Keegan and Jen.

3. It was a little cool this week. That kept Jen and Keegan inside a little more than they would have liked.
