September 26, 2009 "Keegan and his trains"

Keegan got a few new pieces of track to add to his small oval set. Toys-R-Us is having a big sale on the Thomas stuff, so we got Keegan a few Christmas presents last night. Daddy let him have one piece this morning. He loves the tunnel and bridge and it has a water tower (that he calls the waterfall) where the trains can fill up. He likes that.

Today we went to the Strasburg Railroad to see Thomas the Train. Keegan was so excited to see him. He came home with a new train - Diesel 10, a Thomas t-shirt, Halloween costume and stickers.

September 7, 2009 "Day 6 of vacation, The kids are sick :("

The kids are sick today. Keegan has been running a fever, and both kids have snotty noses. We've spent the day inside trying to recooperate.

September 6, 2009 "Day 5 of vacation, A trip to the Ellicott City Train Museum"

Today was a fun-filled day. First we went to visit Great-Grandma. Then we went toEllicott City for lunch and to visit the train museum. Keegan loved the model trains. We went inside a full size caboose, and Keegan kept saying, "All aboard the red caboose". I wish I had had the video camara with me, it was so cute. Grammy and Granddad bought him a train from the gift shop. Then we came across this old-fashioned toy store and of course Keegan got to pick Thomas train, he chose Bertie the Bus.
