We had a very exciting and busy day planned for the kids today. Our zoo has added a new kids section, with a trickling stream, petting zoo and much more. We had high hopes of spending the morning there and having lunch. But, for the first time in months, it rained. We did get to see the giraffes and rhinos, which are Keegan's favorites. But, we only lasted about 20 minutes before the rain came. Luckily we have a season pass so there will be plenty of other opportunities to come.
Keegan looks so cute in his Cars swimming trunks. We found a ppair of lightening McQueen crocs at Target last night, but mommy didn't buy them. I told him maybe he would get them for his birthday. They would've completed the ensemble.
