November 6, 2008 "Something old, something new, something borrowed, everything's blue"
Keegan got new big boy jammies last week and as you can see, he looks adorable. I also went through Keegan's box of hand-me-downs from a buddy of his and foound a bunch of 2T pants and t-shirts. He looks so cute in his little jeans and gap shirt. And poor Keira, well, she ran out of jammies a few weeks ago, so she's been wearing her brother's jammies...and bibs, as you can see. I find it kind of interesting, that when Keegan was born, and wasn't a girl, we had a bunch of pink jammies. But daddy said his boy isn't wearing pink. But, it's perfectly acceptable for his litttle girl to wear baby blue jammies with trucks and fire engines on them. She said she's secure enough with her femininity that she can wear boy clothes.

November 3, 2008 "Where's Daddy?"
It's been a long day. We all knew it would be. Daddy's got a home owners association meeting tonight, so he won't be home after work. Which means mommy's on her own tonight. And to make matters worse, the day started earlier than usual, 6:30am instead of 8:00am like usual. We did take a little trip to Wal-Mart, but that was hardly enough to make the day pass by quickly. Hopefully the rest of the evening will go smoothly, although I've never attempted dual baths before. That should be interesting.
November 2, 2008 "The Weekly Rewind"
GOOD:
1. Halloween treat-or-treating was great, Keegan had a great time running around at the mall
2. Both kids had great check ups at the pediatrician's
3. We got all the Halloween stuff packed away
BAD:
1. Daylight Savings has once again managed to mess with the kids schedules, depriving mom and dad of much needed sleep.
2. Both kids got shots on friday, which made them a little cranky
3. A rainy Sunday kept us stuck inside for the day
Keira and her first dolly. They have matching outfits!

November 1, 2008 "The Halloween Round-up"
Traditionally, November 1st is reserved for cleaning up on great after Halloween stuff. However, because there was nothing really spectacular before Halloween, there was obviously nothing that I couldn't live without after Halloween. But, we went anyway. we got couple of bags of discounted snacks for Keegan and a Halloween shirt for Keira for next year. Overall, I was very dissappointed.
