Week of August 11, 2008
Good:
1. Yami's baby shower went well. Jen managed with both kids - she is amazing!!
2. We got Keegan's hair trimmed - he did a great job it was really cute.
3. We really enjoyed watching the Olympics this week. The gymnastics and swimming was really riviting.
Bad:
1. Our Friday Night dinner has been challenging finding something easy with two children. We like to goto the mall afterwards so that Keegan can run around the children's area. This week we tried Jason's Deli. It was a bad suggestion - Keegan just doesn't behave.
2. Keira's doing well - however I would like it if she was sleeping through the night- just a couple more months.
Week of July 21, 2008
Good:
1. We got a call on Thursday that Jen's sister had a beautiful baby - we are so happy for them.
2. I took a week of vacation to stay home and hang out with the family - I plan to take next week off too. It has been a lot of fun hanging out with Keegan, Keira, and Jen.
3. Keegan and I went up to the High School and I let Keegan run loose on football field - he was so cute running around. The football field is astro-turf so he can fall and not get hurt.
Bad:
1. Keegan has an extremely running nose and also was running a little fever. I think I got hit a little too - my throat is a bit scratchy.
2. Did I mention we are tired . . . we'll be glad when Keira is sleeping and eating better.
3. I haven't gotten much done on my to-do list - I did finally put in the rest of the cabinet door latches - so we can put the rubber bands away.
